Basic Provisions<\/h2>\n

1.<\/strong> The Administrator of personal data in accordance with para. 5 letter o) of Act No. 18\/2018 on personal data protection, as amended, is 13 s.r.o. , BID 44 424 213 with registered office at Brusnicova 20, 831 01 Bratislava (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”);<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> Personal data means all information identifying a natural or legal person.<\/p>\n

Sources of Processed Personal Data<\/h2>\n

1.<\/strong> The Administrator processes personal data provided by the Purchaser with consent and obtained by the Administrator through the execution of the Purchase Contract and the processing of the electronic order online at www.prelude.sk;<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> The Administrator processes only identifying and contact details necessary for the execution of the Purchase Contract;<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> The Administrator processes personal data for delivery, settlement payments, and necessary communication between the contracting parties for the period required by the specific legislation.<\/p>\n

Purpose of Processed Personal Data<\/h2>\n

The Administrator processes personal data of the Purchaser for the following reasons:<\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> For registration on the website www.prelude.sk according to Section 13, para. 1, letter a) Act No. 18\/2018 on personal data protection;<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> To process the electronic purchase order of the Purchaser (name, address, E-mail, telephone number);<\/p>\n

3.<\/strong> To fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Purchaser and the Administrator;<\/p>\n

4.<\/strong> Providing personal data is a requirement necessary for the fulfillment of the purchase contract. It is not possible to conclude a contract without providing personal data.<\/p>\n

Retention Period for Personal Data<\/h2>\n

1.<\/strong> The Administrator retains personal data for the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship between the Purchaser and Administrator and for 3 years from the termination of the contractual relationship;<\/p>\n

2.<\/strong> After the retention period of personal data has expired, the Administrator is obliged to delete the data.
Recipients and Processors of Personal Data
The third party receiving personal data of the Purchaser are the sub-contractors of the Administrator. Services of these sub-contractors are necessarily linked to the successful execution of the purchase contract and the electronic purchase order between the Administrator and the Purchaser.<\/p>\n

The sub-contractors are:<\/p>\n

  • WordPress (e-shop system);<\/li>\n
  • Slovak Post (delivery service);<\/li>\n
  • Google Analytics (analysis of websites)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Rights of the Purchaser<\/h2>\n

    By enacted law, the Purchaser has the right:<\/p>\n

    1.<\/strong> To access personal data;<\/p>\n

    2.<\/strong> To edit personal data;<\/p>\n

    3.<\/strong> To delete personal data;<\/p>\n

    4.<\/strong> To object to the processing;<\/p>\n

    5.<\/strong> For data portability;<\/p>\n

    6.<\/strong> To withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data in the written or electronic form to the E-mail address: info@prelude.sk;<\/p>\n

    7.<\/strong> To file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, if the Purchaser believes rights to personal data protection have been violated.<\/p>\n

    Security of Personal Data<\/h2>\n

    1.<\/strong> The Administrator declares taking all appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure personal data of the Purchaser;<\/p>\n

    2.<\/strong> The Administrator has taken all technical measures to secure the data storage of personal data, primarily securing access to the computer with a password, the use of anti-virus, and regular computer maintenance.<\/p>\n

    Final Provisions<\/h2>\n

    1.<\/strong> By sending an electronic purchase order to www.prelude.sk, the Purchaser confirms the familiarity with the terms of personal data protection and accepts them in their entirety;<\/p>\n

    2.<\/strong> The Purchaser agrees to these Rules by checking the box in the order;<\/p>\n

    3.<\/strong> The Administrator is entitled to change these Rules at any time and is obliged to publish the new version of the Rules on his website.<\/p>\n
